About Dr. Luis Perez

Dr. Luis Perez is the Disability & Digital Inclusion Lead at CAST, working with the Postsecondary and Workforce Development group to increase access to middle- and high-income careers for underrepresented populations, including individuals with disabilities. Drawing from his personal experience as a multilingual learner and a person with a disability, Dr. Perez brings a unique and valuable perspective to his work.

As an author of three books—Mobile Learning for All, Dive into UDL, and Learning on the Go—Dr. Perez is a respected voice in accessibility, mobile learning, and UDL. He also serves as a Transition and Workplace Accessibility strand advisor for the ATIA.
